Oats are too healthy and very nutritious and a very healthy replacement for your daily meals. Oats lower-down your cholesterol and help you to lose weight faster. They are super healthy and low in fat and calories. Oats are too healthy and can make you full for a longer time period and they can improve blood sugar control as well. We all mostly experience constipation too. Oats are too healthy that it will lower down your constipation and other problems related to digestion. We’ll recommend you to take one bowl of oats in your everyday diet as they have lots of health benefits and oats are too healthy for a human body too. The best time to eat oats is in your breakfast as healthy food starts your day in a healthy way. Oats expel free radicals from your body which can cause cancer. Additionally, a single bowl of oats every day protects you from cancer. Like weight loss, oats can help you to gain weight too just add some yogurt and dry fruits, cherry to increase the calorie intake. (Recommended: Kellogg’s Oats, Quaker Oats, and Bagrry’s Oats- My own Favorite and tested oats brands)

Preparation:

  1. Add milk to a Steel Pan and heat it on low flame.
  2. Now, add rolled oats to the milk pan and cook it for 5 minutes (till oats get cooked).
  3. When the milk gets absorbed in the oats totally, Take it in a bowl and add 1 Tsp Honey to it.
  4. Sprinkle chopped /un-chopped almonds on the oatmeal.
  5. Your Honey-Almond Oatmeal is ready to eat. Enjoy!

Oats are safe or not

  1. Start having oats with a low quantity and slowly increase your dosage with the time period as sometimes it may cause bloating and intestinal gas issues.
  2. Oats are safer for children and infants too.
  3. If you are having oats for the first time take a patch test first.
  4. Read all the ingredients contained in oats before having it as they may contain anything you are allergic to or not supposed to consume.
